Refund

We will be happy to refund any new and unused merchandise, in its original packaging, upon presentation of the electronic or printed receipt, within 15 days of:
- the delivery date for online orders;
- or the receipt of the order confirmation email for in-store purchases.

All refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. Please note that shipping fees and oversized product fees charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We will be happy to exchange any new and unused merchandise, in its original packaging, upon presentation of the electronic or printed receipt, within 30 days of:
- the receipt of the order confirmation email for in-store purchases;
- or the delivery date for online orders.

Exchanges must be made directly at our Baseball 360 store.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Sliding shorts
- Underwear
- Socks
- Protective cups
- Mouthguards

Sale Items

All items marked at a discount of 41% or more are considered final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for these products.

Warranty Policy – Baseball 360


At Baseball 360, we apply a warranty policy aligned with our suppliers.

As such, all warranty claims are evaluated in accordance with the conditions established by the manufacturer of the product in question.

Please note: 

All warranty claims may take some time*.

No replacement will be offered until the claim has been processed.

General Conditions

  • Replacement with the same item, if available.

  • Replacement with a comparable item or one of equivalent value, if the original product is no longer available.

  • Issuance of a store credit, if no replacement is possible, so that the customer can choose a replacement item themselves.

Important note: 

All products received as replacements, as well as all products purchased using a store credit issued following a warranty claim, are not covered by a new warranty.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, please send an email to returns@baseball360.com including the following:

  • Photo of the proof of purchase

  • Photo of the item’s serial number

  • Photo showing the weight, size, color and/or physical characteristics of the product

  • Photo or video illustrating the issue encountered

Additional Notes

  • Warranties apply only to products purchased at Baseball 360.

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

  • Baseball 360 reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not comply with the conditions of this policy or those of the manufacturers.

  • When a warranty is approved, in-store pickup (at a branch location) is free of charge.

If shipping is required to send replacement items, delivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN TO A RETAIL STORE

To avoid all return shipping fees, you may return an item in store.

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Pack the unused/unworn item(s) securely in the original product packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure credit.
  2. Bring your electronic or printed invoice with you to the store as a proof of purchase and price paid.
  3. To receive credit, items must be returned within 15 days of the order date.
  4. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
  5. If a gift card was used for payment and you return an item to our store, the refund will be in the form of a gift card.
  6. If a promo card was used for payment and you return an item to our store, any portion that was paid with a promo card will be applied to another promo card, if the promotion is still valid. Otherwise, only the amount applied to your credit card will be refunded. 
  7. On presentation of the original invoice, credit for gift returns will be issued in the form of a Baseball 360 gift card.
